Winet Patrick Creighton & Hanes is a full service civil litigation practice dedicated to client service. We separate ourselves from other law firms by having close communication and strong business relationships with our clients. We have experienced lawyers who are heavily involved in a civil trial practice, who frequently try cases in San Diego, Vista (North San Diego), Orange, San Bernardino, Imperial County and Riverside courthouses.

The Founding partner, Randall L. Winet, is admitted to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization of trial attorneys who have been recognized by their peers as demonstrating courtroom excellence and has also been provided a preeminent rating by the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. In addition, Mr. Winet, partner Kennett L. Patrick and managing partner Jennifer S. Creighton have been named among the top 5% of attorneys in San Diego by Super Lawyers.
