Grow With Us!

WPCH is expanding in order to meet the needs of its amazing clients.  Our firm strives to recruit and hire top talent in Southern California.  We are interested in hearing from attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and law students who are interested in taking their careers to the next level.  Our attorneys have a perfect balance of autonomy, mentorship, and fun.  We work together, but we also enjoy spending time with each other off the clock – whether it is at our annual attorney weekend retreat, a Padre game, or the Del Mar Racetrack.  Our paralegals, legal assistants and other support staff are appreciated.  We celebrate birthdays with group lunches, the holidays with an annual evening celebration, and find time to fit in a game of pickleball when needed to de-stress. Please submit the form below if you are interested in a stable firm with opportunities for long-term growth. We would love to hear from you!
